Placing an Order
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the AmeriCold Company Store.  On-line ordering is straightforward and convenient; simply click the "Add to Cart" button from any Product Detail page on the Web site, and follow the subsequent instructions.

Payment and Sales Tax
Presently, The Company Store accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

Because the  AmeriCold Company Store operates in Georgia, we are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to a Georgia address. Those who live outside Georgia will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on the AmeriCold Company Store Web site.

Order Status
All orders will be shipped via UPS.  When placing the order, please choose UPS Ground, UPS Second Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air.  The charges for shipping will be reflected on your billing statement.

Orders placed on the AmeriCold Company Store Web site are processed within one (1) business day from the time the order is received.  Shipping transit times vary - please expect two (2) to seven (7) days for delivery of product, depending on the shipping method used and destination.

Security and Privacy
All credit card orders on the AmeriCold Company Store are processed on a secure server.  Any credit card or other personal information you provide to the AmeriCold Company Store is protected by encryption using Secure Socket Layer Protocol (SSL). Only the Company Store can decrypt this secure information.

Returns / Exchanges
The AmeriCold Company Store does not process returns or exchanges at this time.

Safety Rewards Program
For those AmeriCold facilities that have been accident-free for designated periods of time, AmeriCold has placed a link to the Safety Rewards Program on the AmeriCold Company Store Web site.  Those with approved access to the Safety Rewards Program will need your user name and password information to login, access the store, view products and Accident-Free categories, and order safety rewards for your facilities.
